Used for vertical height adjustment of large flasks, hot plates, ground joint glassware, etc. Fabricated of aluminum except for connecting shafts, which are nickel plated steel. Large plastic knob is serrated for easy gripping. Furnished with mounting holes in the base and a tapped hole in the loading platform for accommodating a 1/2" threaded rod. Opens from 3" to 12". Overall dimensions are 6" wide, 8" deep and 12" high (maximum height). Loading platform is 6" x 8". Maximum load at 5 1/2" high is 100 pounds.

All of the ss rods on rigid frameworks are fixed in position. This helps to create an extremely solid support structure from which a variety of equipment may be secured. A lattice ball connector is used at every intersection of horizontal and vertical rods to increase stability. The color of the framing members is blue.
